Course Overview
Our Western Vocal program is designed to develop a strong, confident and expressive voice through a progressive approach to vocal technique, musicianship and performance. Students build their understanding of pitch, rhythm, scales, harmony and vocal expression while exploring songs across different genres and styles. The course combines structured vocal exercises with repertoire, ear training and performance skills to help students develop both technical control and individual musicality. As they progress, students gain the confidence to perform independently and adapt their voice to different musical styles and performance settings.
- Vocal Technique & Control – Develop breath support, vocal placement, tone, range and control through structured vocal exercises.
- Pitch, Rhythm & Musicianship – Build a strong foundation in pitch, rhythm, scales, harmony and overall musical understanding.
- Songs Across Genres – Explore a diverse repertoire across popular music and different genres while developing style and expression.
- Ear Training & Musicality – Strengthen listening, pitch recognition, phrasing and the ability to respond confidently to music.

Considerations
No Prior Experience Required – Students can begin their vocal journey without any previous formal training.
Basic English Pronunciation – A basic understanding of English pronunciation is helpful for learning and performing Western vocal repertoire.
